I have tried to research this topic to no avail, almost like swings and roundabouts!
If I leave my council house to relocate to a different country. Can my two grown children (early 20s)stay in it and have the tenancy in their name? As they have looked for rented accommodation and honestly the prices are extortionate.
We have lived here for 20 years, it is their home.
