Plan to get the Miele Cat and Dog Hair hoover and notice people here advising that you should also get a special fitting for solid floors - I asked the shop about this and they said there was no need as the fittings that come with it are designed for solid floors anyway - is it worth spending extra money on other fittings - I'm not sure if they are even readily available.
