Hi all,
I recently received my final pay increment on my birthday a few weeks ago, bringing me to point 25 on the pay scale.
If I retire in six months, will my pension be calculated based on this new salary, or do I need to have been on this rate for three years? I understand that allowances must be held for three years to be fully factored into the pension, but does the same rule apply to increments, or are they treated differently?
Thanks in advance for any insights!
