Hi There,
I am looking at the possibility of purchasing a standard buy to let for 200k. Is there a standard cost for conveyancing for a buy to let ? What is a reasonable amount to expect to pay for the Monaghan region ?
Do I have to go to a solicitor when buying in a estate and pay their high fees or is this something I can get done with another professional person at a lower cost ?
My PPR mortgage is with the EBS. What advice would ye have as in where would I get the best value buy to let mortgage ? Is it possible to get a better deal with them if I say I might try somewhere else.
I was probably going to pay interest only option for a couple of years.
Are Primafinance an option ?
Is it possible to claim the VAT back on the initial cost of the house ? I have heard this recently. Has anyone done it. What is the VAT rate on houses ?
