Buying silver coins

I've looked at buying from Goldcore however VAT is charged if you take delivery of the coins.

Is there any way of avoiding this such as buying from abroad?

I switched from Goldcore to the europeanmint.com many years ago….they seemed to be cheaper !!

VAT is charged if you take delivery. If you buy with supplier to store, there is no VAT.

Yes the great thing about adverts.ie is everyone has a feedback score and those with good feedback go out of their way to maintain it. (Unlike done deal or Facebook marketplace.

I bought 2 tubes (20 coins in a tube) of 1 ounce silver maple leafs last year from a guy on adverts.ie who had great feedback.
