We have put a deposit on a new build, hopefully signing contracts next Friday.
It took a long time to get the Scheme Map. However, we received the “Land Registry Compliant Scheme Map – Draft Scheme” this week and we were told we would receive the approved map on closing.
Does a surveyor need to check this map before we sign contracts or will it suffice for him to check everything when doing snag?
