Bunk Beds for Box Room

Wondering if anyone can help me. I'm looking to find bunk beds that are just marginally shorter than the average bunk bed to fit a box room. I've measured that they need to be about 195cm or 77.2" in length and I don't want to have to pay a huge price just because they are a few cm's shorter than average ? Anyone any ideas where I might source these ?

When I was down with Joe some time ago he was making bunk beds to order.

I'm not sure if he still does them but he is worth a visit.
