Bungalow Renovation

I’ll be finishing up our renovations by mid next month which we started end of October 23.
We are getting a major renovation with two extensions added as well as a (livable garden
Shed & all the bells and whistles.
However im calling in lots of favours as I work in the trade (I have a plumbing & heating company) so doing a fair bit of work myself on it.

Extras are always going too pop up but you have a realistic but you can compromise on other items which could be doable down the line.A good QS is a great addition too the team and will open your eyes on the options of extras.

Overhead power line going across back garden from house next doors garden to couple of other properties. As far as I can see, most of the other ones on the road have been removed. Will this be an issue?

Only real issue with that is birds will gather on it in search of food, so avoid placing patio or clothes line underneath to avoid them getting hit with occasional droppings.
