This company featured last night on BBC's Watchdog programme. It appears they've gone into administration and their website now wishes their customers all the best for the future and thanks them for their understanding at this difficult time.

Difficult for who, one wonders?

It looks like Slopes, or a pal, bought something in Bulgaria from someone, if not Bulgarian Dreams.

Hi all,

friend purchased appartment in bulgaria.

However its delay after delay after delay.

the appartment was supposed to be finishes 31st aug 08 and now it seems at least oct 09 The contract states that the buyer has a right to declare the contract void in the event of non preformance after a 180 delay period..at this point it will be late by closer 400 days! a full refund is payable by the seller including interest!

Approx 20k payed

question is how best to excersise this ,what solicitor to employ,and is it the seller uk company or the develepor on the comples that would be followed to make good..

What a nightmare, this guy and his wife have closed their last office in Sofia and are believed to be on their way to Argentina with their millions made from the people they fooled !!! hopefully watchdog will catch up with them
