Any suggestion for breakfast around the above area? We would prefer to stay north bank of the liffey as we are taking a river trip from that side.

IFSC area is the best and CHQ has a number of options (albeit a little over priced). If you go down past it towards the Point there is no shortage of coffee places, chains and independents. Area around Connolly and Busarus has got quite rough in my view over the last couple of years so I wouldn't hang around there.
