Lower mortgage rates for existing customers

Dear
We are delighted to let you know that we've reduced our fixed rates for new and existing mortgage customers. New fixed and variable rate options

Our new fixed rates start at 3.60% (3.9% APR) for a 2-year fixed rate mortgage. We can also offer you the options of 3, 5 and 10-year mortgages - the only bank to offer a 10-year fixed option. When you come to the end of your fixed rate period, you can choose from one of our fixed rate options or alternatively a new variable rate mortgage with rates that currently start at 3.90%.. !f you would need to get more information on these market• leading rates, please contact our dedicated Customer Relationship Unit at 01 611 3333.

Getting a property valuation

As an existing customer, if you want to get the lower loan to value (loan to value represents the amount of the mortgage against the market value of the property) fixed or variable rates at the end of your fixed period, you may need to provide an up-to-date property valuation by a valuer that we nominate.

Our 2% cashback offer

If you're considering buying a new home, thinking about releasing equity on your current home, purchasing an investment property or indeed switching your mortgage to Bank of Ireland from another provider, we'll also give you 2% of your total new mortgage lending back as cash. That's €4,000 cashback on a mortgage of €200,000. (This offering is available to all mortgages that draw down between 3rd June 2015 and 31st December 2015. The Bank reserves the right to seek refund of the 2% cash payment from the customer if the mortgage is paid back within 5 years. Not applicable with the 1 % stamp duty offer.)
