None yet. I should get the surveyor's full report today. He said structurally the house is fine but I should read the full report before doing anything (as there are some things reletd to the fabric/condition, whatever that means). Aside from the report I'm still not sure what to do. The house is different to others on the market ..it has all it's original features (windows, fireplaces, staircases etc) and it's in good condition, and a perfect location close to the city, and a beautiful view, and gardens that are not overlooked. I haven't seen anything else like it in Cork except huge houses. So I have to decide, based on the advice from this site, whether to stick to my bid of 400, match theirs of 405, or go slightlyover 406,7, or 8 - assuming the report is ok.
Anyway thanks for asking.
