Best pension plan option

hi, I am pharmacist working on a sessional base for the H.S.E and i am not entitle for a pension from my emplyee. I was wondering which one would be the best pension plan for my needs.I am 35 years of age and have no pension scheme set at the moment.
 
Have you browsed/searched the existing threads on various pension options, things to consider when choosing one etc.?
