There's an estate of holiday homes called Belerne. I've stayed here several times, I think about €300 for 3 nights, we would only ever been there at a weekend and the reason I'm not too sure of the price is because there were always a few of the houses booked by us and a crowd split the price. They are very spacious. Not sure whats around belturbet though for kids. I have relations there thats why I visit regularly. Lots of fishing though and plenty of pubs in the town. It does tend to attract groups of party goers but in fairness there is sufficient space in between the houses not to cause disruption.
