update on the candystripe carpet

just wanted to let anyone who was following the saga of the candystripe carpet that it was put down yesterday. i'm delighted with it and would highly recommend it. because of the stripes you're better off going with very plain walls, i painted ours cream. i went for the terracotta colour. the carpet man said that the beige candystripe is also really popular and wears well also.

haven't had any luck finding it in Kildare...

sorry for delay, i was away for the wkd.i rang the shop and you'd swear i was asking them for blood!! they said its not a brand name and they buy it from a carpet wholesaler in dublin, they were highly suspicious of my questions! sorry i can't be of anymore help, maybe if you post a thread asking does anyone know where to get it in kildare?

Just wondering if anyone managed to find this carpet in the Dublin/Kildare region. Would be very interested. It looks lovely.
And €28 sq/yrd isn't bad either.
