I'm just wondering what resources IT contractors would use to find opportunities in the Public Sector?

I don't know, but I wonder might they hire via agencies. Where I work in the private sector we only recruit contractors via two approved agencies. That approach eliminates a lot of the administration and overhead where you're dealing with large numbers, the Public Sector would be dealing in even bigger numbers.

Most contracts in the public sector are offered through the etenders website
