Are posts in this forum always moderated?

Every time that I post I get this:

Is this normal/expected?
Even for users with an established posting history?

It is because you can post in this forum without being registered.

The bots were putting spam in this forum.

It is also because people were posting real questions here and then people were answering them which is very annoying - even long term posters.

Ok, fair enough.
I just worried that it was just me that was affected.
It might be less work for the moderators if "quarantining" of posts could be skipped for established users if that was simple to implement.
But it's not a big deal - especially given the limited amount of genuine posting in this forum.
