Is it possible to hold title to an apartment block in a partnership without forming a management company?
 
Would this be an oldish block?

I vaguely remember a friend of mine who bought an apartment in a block built in the 70's and the management was a "committee".

I'm meeting him on Wednesday and can ask for more details.

Yes Its a block built early1980s with a small no of owners.
 
I'll try and remember to ask him. The place he bought was in Dublin 14 and has a small number of owners.
