I suspect it may be referring to post #22 on page 2 because of two words that appear close together at the end of the sentence that starts with "Don't let your self be ...".
First thing I thought was, is somebody still using AVGI know this doesn’t answer the question, but that looks like Windows 10/11 which comes with Microsoft Defender built-in, free and with no annoying prompts to upgrade it. She has no need for AVG and I’d suspect it is leaving her computer more exposed given the size of the cyber security research team behind Defender versus AVG.
What is AVG?
If it was triggered by a couple of words in an otherwise plain text/marked up post then that sounds like a clear case of a false positive so their unambiguous declaration that the site "is" dangerous seems ridiculous.I suspect it may be referring to post #22 on page 2 because of two words that appear close together at the end of the sentence that starts with "Don't let your self be ...".

No, it was a different thread as per the screenshot posted above. It may have been following the "Performance Update from Colm Fagan's ARF" thread?
Only guessing but AVG alert does point to that thread/post

I didn't think that the Xenforo system would allow scripts to be posted like that?Text in a post won't (or should not) trigger a html-Script-Inf. It's triggered by an embedded javascript file in a webpage.
Then why isn't every post/thread generating the same AVG security warning? They are not scripts bring posted by users.
They are part of the Xenforo software that runs in your browser. It's client side javascript being misidentified as malicious.
That check seems to report no issues with that Askaboutmoney link/page and there's no "further details" link/option that I can see.I didn't see what was in the deleted post.
If you go here and click on further details you can see some of the JavaScripts embedded on that offending page.

Thanks. That lists a bunch of browser side scripts but doesn't flag anything as suspicious or potentially malicious. Is it the 'More Details' link in the top box on the right that is being referred to above
