Anyone on site who understands Secondment e.g loan of public servant civil servant , etc to N.G.O. not for profit or another organisation.
Are there any secondees eg from Gov departments or semi state eg Solas previously Fas on site.
Do ye understand recoupment.
Is anyone on long term secondment eg over 20 years
Or do ye know of others who's secondment has extended over decades?
Ìs anyone on Acting/Higher duty allowance for 20 years.
Is this highly unusual especially as the allowance is substantial and also unpensioned.
