Any Irish financial advisors also authorised to advise in the UK?

Hi can anyone advise me if a fiancial advisor in ireland can act for advise in uk. Im a deputy for an aunt and courts in uk have advised me to seek help of finacial advisor. Alot of uk finacial advisors when i seek to research look for uk address, which i dont have ! Would prefer to meet someone in ireland thats regulated to operate in uk also.
