We did call the Gardai/County council last year but it seems that you have to catch them in the act. The trouble is you never see them you just get up the next morning and the place is destroyed. My friend lives out in Swords and informed me that where she lives the builders put up railings instead of walls which she is glad about. Unfottunately though when we rang the county council they informed us that if the walls are attached to a house they cannot clean it up the house-holder has to fit the bill which is awful considering when they see you cleaning it it entices them to come back for more. Our residents association has only just started back but unfortunately it was near collapse for lack of interest. I;m afraid it's the same old story all the work is left ot the same few!!
