Just wondering if anyone has bought or has any opinions on the houses in Alder Grove in Naas, or on the estate generally?

Recently was looking at Alder Grove aswell. They are lovely houses. Looks a nice area. Contact was made with the EA for general enquiry about their value in the current climate. Not much budging!

I am holding off for a few months, keep saving and looking more good of a good deal.

Have been for a viewing and like the look of things so far but haven't really gotten into price negotiations yet... From what you're saying about there not being much budging on the prices it sounds like they will *not* be impressed with our offer ;) but sure let them lump it and have an estate half full of empty houses on their books for another year, so!
 
Hi,

It's been almost a year since this was posted so just wondering if anyone can give me any update on house prices for Alder Grove. There still seems to be alot of vacant houses so just wondering is there much wiggle room from advertised prices.

Also does anyone actaully live in the estate - what are the houses like?
