Air Lock in Water System

Hi

The water was turned off in our area yesterday. We weren't aware of this so ran the tank dry. Water is back on now but the system is airlocked. There is water in the cold tap in the kitchen but no hot or cold anywhere else in the house.

Anyone have any quick fix solutions. Two very sticky, dirty 2 year olds here that need a bath.
