Air b&B and tax

I’m considering renting out my house on air b&B for 1 month. I also have a rental apt and file a form 11 every year. Do I add in the air b&B income also on this form ….presumably I’m hit with a 42% plus tax deduction ….what about VAT….do I have to register for vat and deduct 13.5% also…..can I write any expenses off like cleaning etc?
