Brontes post is excellent and sums it all up. One last thing I would add though. At this stage you need to stop paying all the other debtors. Keep the money in a bank account and when the time comes use it as a (albeit small) starting point in the UK or wherever you move to. You will get all sorts of smart and threatening letters but just either ignore or respond by stating you have not got the means to pay right now. The 'system' means it will take at least a year to get any type of court order to get a charge on these and by then you should have the house sold and no assets. They will have no choice but to write off - unless you win the lotto.
