AIB Fixed Rate Increase

Made a huge complaint by phone and writing- They have agreed to offer me the old rates (prior to increase last Tuesday). Have to say, person I dealt with was extremely helpful and completely agreed with my complaint!

Good on you there rustbucket, although I guess your claim was already in, I couldn't really see how they could turn you down. You saved yourself a few bob over the next few years all the same

well done! we need more of this for banks to respect consumer rights!
They cant be getting away with these strokes anymore.
