AH with SDCC: on list for 8 mths, any new developments in the pipeline?

I am on the list 8 months now. Dont expect to be offered anything anytime soon. But does anyone know of any new developments even up that way. I certainly can't see any!

I've just applied and have been told that I will be at the top of the list around 12 to 14 months from now.

When I get to the top of the list, they will offer me a place based on my needs.

If I turn it down I go back to the bottom.

No reason why you should be any different, so expect an offer in around 4 months time.

Ok I have been told I may get an offer for Tallaght Cross or Millrace Saggart within 3/4 month. Which is alot sooner than I had expected.

Does anyone know of Tallaght Cross, is it nearly finished?
 
Tallaght Cross is right at the Luas terminus/M & S at the Square - it's looked pretty much finished for a while now so hopefully you won't be waiting much longer. I think it was supposed to be next to be offered a few months ago but then Rathcoole was actually finished first so they are being offered at the moment.
 
Hi

I was only on SDCC list for 6 months before being offered a place in Citywest which was a few months ago. I'm not sure if things have slowed but 12/14 months seems a bit long.
