Hi,
I have made the decision to sell my apartment bought under the AH scheme (South Dublin County Council). Bought in 2007 for 189K, valued at 338K. Now its only worth ~150K, so I don't think clawback comes into play. The mortgage is from a bank not the council.
Could anyone please recommend estate agents in Dublin that are familiar with the selling process when a council is involved?
Appreciate your help.
Thanks
