Has anybody heard of dates for viewings for the next lot of us who were selected and interviewed for the BSQ in early February?

According to DLRCOCO it is now in the hands of the developer, not the Council or Sherry Fitz. I had my interview on Feb 13th and provided ALL paperwork that week as was told on the 15th that my name was now with the developer.

Today is now 6 weeks which I think is a bit too long to leave a person waiting to even see the apartment choices or to even give them a date to do so.

I'd love to leave a customer/client 6 weeks - I'd be fired from my job!
 
Hi All

I recieved my letter of offer today for BSQ an hopefully the ball can keep rolling now, i realy hope eveything else dose'nt take so long.

But can you beleve that they say i must have it back to them by 31th March after they had me wait scince 9th JANUARY, thats 11 week to the day.

Not that it matters to much cos i will have the letter back ASAP

Apples, thats good news they finally got offer letters out to you. Would you mind if I asked what Market Value they went with in the end?
 
all the prices are different, it all depends on the size of your apt it's the same with the managment fees the bigger the apt the higher the price (fee)
 
Has anyone heard anything on Park View? This waiting around is wrecking my head!! Why does everything take so long with them?!
 
Yeah think builders are on holidays this week, so there'll be no movement. Wonder when will it happen? I was told last Sept that i'd be moved in by Feb.......doubt anyone will be in before the summer at this rate.
 
Yep I've returned mine to DLRCOCO and am waiting to hear from landmark regarding snagging!
 
I signed it and left it into them today and i rand the bank and told them, i also gave as much info to the bank as posible like:

Apt address so they can organise there valuer
Solicitors details
how much the apt is worth

and asked if there was any more documents they needed
 
Just remember according to the offer letter you have 5 days to get the Loan approval letter into DLRCOCO once you sign the offer
 
When you sign the letter it must be back to them before 31th march then they will send you out a letter that you give to the lender them you get your approval.

in the mean time the bank can send in there vauler so to make it a little quicker
