South side of Bray is handy for the motorway - nice views of the Sugarloaf from many places. Plenty of nice estates off the Boghall Rd (and Southern X road too, though I don't know that road quite so well). There are a couple of not-so-nice estates around here as well, but you'll quickly spot whats what. Apartments going up here and there too.
Lots of lovely houses closer into town and on the northside of Bray, but price goes up as you get closer to the Dart station.
We moved here 2 years ago and can't find fault.
