Advice on Mortgage TRS

Hi,

I purchased my home as a FTB in 2007, I have only applied recently for Mortage TRS online, I also completed the section to claim for the past 4 years. My questions are 1. How long does it take for the Relief to go through? 2. How is the Relief for the past 4 years paid? Thank you

Not sure of the answer to question one.
Question two: You should be issued a cheque for the last four years TRS - if the money is paid directly to the bank you are entitled to be refunded as you have essentially overpaid for the last four years. This years TRS will be divided over the rest of this year.
