Advanzia Bank Lux Paying 2.94% AER Instant Access for First 3 Months

I have now tried to sign up as a new customer again. It won't let me past the tax ID screen. It says to fix the error in red. But there is no error message in red.
I had the same issue. Advanzia had a few strange technical issues. For example, I always had to sign in twice with authentication codes, but then it would work.
...or I needed to put a €1,000,00 not a @1000.00 when trying to withdraw €1000. I have no house number in address. I needed to put 0 to get account open. Then I think it was still showing fix the error in red, but still allowed me pass. I was surprised when I received the 'opening account email'. Good luck with it.

What is changing on your deposit account?

Effective 1 May 2025, the interest rates on our retail deposit products will decrease as follows:


TOP Saver savings account:

1.58% gross per annum on the total balance for savings accounts up to Eur49,999;

2.28% gross per annum on the total balance for savings accounts with a balance of Eur50,000 and above;

Fixed Term Deposits:

3-Month Fixed Term Deposit: 2.58% gross per annum
6-Month Fixed Term Deposit: 2.28% gross per annum
1-Year Fixed Term Deposit: 2.18% gross per annum

This change is part of our ongoing effort to align our offerings with current market conditions and ensure that our products remain competitive and in line with the broader economic environment.

How will this affect you?
The new interest rates will be automatically applied to your existing savings accounts from May 1, 2025. You do not need to take any further action. Interest rates on fixed term deposits apply only to accounts opened from 1 May 2025.

I am still in the process of opening a new Advanzia account. Finally phoned them today, the issue with my application was a certain character in the password. Opening forms complete. Hopefully the account will now be opened shortly.

If you haven't this step complete you can get email ready. You should have the self assesment form from before. It hasn't changed.
