Brendan, maybe I am wrong but has this not changed to three months out of MARP?
 
OK folks, the latest on this long running saga.

My suppossed court date has now come and gone. There was no court.

Further investigation by me yielded no papers were lodged; so far, even though I had been informed that they were intending to pursue me.

I continue to pay full P&I each month but the arrears remain outstanding. I have asked the bank for a full breakdown of these arrears but my requests are falling on deaf ears.

I will keep pursuing until I get answers.
