No, it's not a tenancy so no rent involved. It's a 'recognition payment'!

How do you account for this with the tax man? Will this go under rent a room on the form 11? Do you pay the energy and waste bills? What happens after 6 months and you want your property back and they do not leave?Where do you go? RTB? Courts? Needs to be clarified.
