So the Green movement has secured a deal for education sector.

Is this really a surprise as the green philosophy/world view has been aggressively pushed in our primary and secondary schools over the last 20 years or more?

Would we allow any other group (left or right) (faith based or secular) to progres their philosophy/world view in state funded schools?

There was time in the past when teachers/schools actively encouraged the Catholic view.

Should we allow right wing necon views to be propagated in schools, how about left wing socialist views?

Could you expand on this please.

How exactly is the green philosophy being progressed through the primary school curriculum for example.
And if it is happening its not working ... have you ever tried to get children to eat green vegetables!

I agree; the Green agenda is being taught without question in our schools. While I broadly agree with their views I don’t like the way they are being taken as gospel and taught as such to unquestioning minds. In my view this weakens the development of a child’s critical faculties; the development of which should one of the main functions of the education system in any enlightened country.
