What are the Guards/Goverment up to. The whole thing stinks. First the 'raid' is publish in the Irish Time and now they are allow to 'withhold' files.

Sounds bad alright. Why did they call in a retired judge to adjudicate what should be handed over? Just go to the High Court and let them decide the legal arguments. Just because it's a small amount of the overall amount of documents doesn't mean it is not crucially important. The problem for the Government now is that they are the bosses. They can order the documents be handed over. Question is will they?

As for Fitzpatrick apparently unable to pay his loan interest, the less said about that the better.

Yep that's the one I meant. The regulator telling Ango it was grand to manipulate their balance sheet was them flexing their muscle!
