Friday night singer on tg4

Was watching tg4 last night, I think it was a roundup of the weeks action. There was a piece on about the Kerry v Cork game and it featured a bearded man singing an Irish song in a Kerry pub. Anyone know the singer or song or where i might see a re-run?

Can't see it on there. Think it was around midnight on friday. It may be on the next version of 7 la.

I reckon the programme you were watching was Feilte 2009 and it was repeated last night between half 11 and midnight. I switched over and it was on. Now the guy singing was being accompanied by a musician. I only caught one of their names which was Noel McAuliffe.
