Change a .vob file to an .avi??

Hi
I have a 5 minute .vob video on DVD. I saved it on to my computer, and tried to upload it to my website. The website software will only upload .avi files. So how do I convert my .vob to a .avi file??

You need to compress it. .VOB is mpeg2 - .AVI is mpeg4 so it's compressed.

I use Super it's great for short vids and it converts lots of different types of files.
