Ryanair booking

Please help.

I've just bought a flight and in the time when there's 'wait 45 seconds...' thing Ryanair page experienced technical problems. It was written that my flight MAY have been confirmed.
After some time I tried to view my booking with option 3 because I don't have reservation number. Ryanair said that there's no information (the details I entered did not mach the record). And the money was taken from my account!

So now I don't have resevation number, I am unable to view my booking (maybe it doesnt exist??) but the money is taken from my VISA.

Do you think I bought the flight or no?

If money was taken from your a/c/card then you shouldn't try to buy again.. or you will be charged twice.
The error is with Ryanair..phone them and explain what's happened.
They will have a record of your name, flight dates etc.. and will issue you your flight number.

From ryanair website:
Priority Assistance
If you have problems using the site or need assistance when booking online and would like to speak to an agent you can call on the following number:
1550 92 70 30 - €0.95 per minute
Calls from mobiles and other networks may cost more.
Our lines are open Mon - Sat, 8:00 - 19:00 GMT and 9:00 - 17:00 GMT on Sunday.

No, I didn't. But I've bought (succesfully) tickets month ago and I didn't get confirmation either. Everything was all right then (the difference is - I had confirmation number then).

Thank you, I will definately call them. The thing is I need to buy one more ticket (the way back) and I don't know if I should. If I did it today the price would be lower but there's crap going on with their page... Any suggestions?

I wouldn't risk it...once bitten and all that..
Book one when you phone their assistance number.

Go into manage your booking on the ryanair webpage and with your credit card number and email you should be able to see the booking. That page gives about 3 options on how to check a booking.

€5 to use your own printer to print their boarding pass.

Never thought you'd have to pay them 95 cent a minute to sort out your booking when things go wrong with their own booking engine.

+1

Yeah! It's getting pretty bad all right. Ryanair are still trying to flog their September seats. Maybe people have had enough?

I've tried to do that and it didn't work, it was written that there's no such booking. I called that center today and they gave me reservation code. Everything is fine, I guess that was some kind of ryanair page's bug.

Thanks for help anyway, cheers.

Glad you got it sorted :)

Sorry I didn't see this in time to save the OP the expense, but apparently you can also ring Ryanair at Dublin 01-2497793 (instead of their premium rate line) to change/check booking details, etc.

Someone gave me this number a couple of years back, so I'm not 100% sure whether it's still in operation. Anyone feel like checking?
