car finance swap-is it possible?

Hi all,

I have a car with 3 years left to run on the finance :( never missed a paymnet and the account is fine. however we have been trying to downgrade to achieve a lower monthly payment but have found this to be a non runner.

today my brother tells me he is thinking of taking on another car and ours would be perfect for him and the repaymnets suit him down to the ground.

he already has car finance with 2 years left but his daughter is now driving this car. again his account is fully up to date.

is it possible to ask my finance company to transfer the name on the account over to my brother?
 
Did you check you're finance companys T&C's?
I think you should be able to but they may charge a fee to transfer names.
It's only a phone call to find out for sure where you stand.
