Best bet is to book your own flights and accommodation. I was at the Man U v Everton semi-final and did the lot for about €150 (flights , hotel and match ticket).
Your biggest problem is going to be trying to get a match ticket, I have been to eight Everton league and four FA Cup games this season and I will not be eligible for a Cup Final ticket. Both clubs have been allocated 25109 tickets and that is not enough to even cover their season ticket holders.
Wembley Stadium do have "Club Wembley" tickets for sale if you are prepared to pay about £200 per ticket , but you are guaranteed a genuine ticket and will be seated in the corporate area with lunch and half/full time refreshments provided.
Stay clear of the numberous websites offering tickets at astromonical prices , these are just touts and the ticket that you get will more that likely be a fake and you will not gain entry to the stadium.

i was at a few aways this season inc liege, and about 12 homes and was at wembley the other week.our supporters club got no tickets so i am snookered.
club wembley want £ 50 to register, but only have 499 & 999 tickets available.

I take it you are referring to he Irish Toffees who got an allocation of 490 for the semi-final. Supporters clubs will not get any tickets for the final unless they are registered Season Ticket Holders.
I always buy my tickets direct from the club , therefore I have a purchase record and was entitled to two tickets for the semi-final.
I would'nt even consider buying from Touts , either online or outside Wembley. There were very few of them at the semi-final and the ones that were there were charging a minimum of £200 for a ticket that more than likely is a fake. It is also a criminal offence in the UK to proffer a fake ticket to gain entry. The police will be called and your details taken.
Use any contacts you have with other clubs (they all received an allocation) to try and secure tickets , thats what I intend to do.

I am a travel agent. I have always been amazed at the rip-off prices that some of my colleagues charge for important sporting events. Equally, I am amazed at the willingness of Irish football/rugby fans to pay crazy prices.
I am constantly bewildered that the same man who says 2.ooo euros for two weeks holiday for himself, wife and kids is far too dear - but will pay the same amount just for himself to fly to XYZ to see his team play against ABC. I remember guys paying ten grand to go to Italy or USA years back. God knows what they'll pay for south AFrica, assuming we'll get thru.
Frankly, these companies are no better than touts. And they'll rapidly drop the prices if the fans tell them to f... off.
One problem is that the ticket-tout travel companies often block seats on planes/beds in hotels thus making it harder to DIY.

To be honest tmgc , its highly unlikely that they even have match tickets , probably just hoping to sell the package and then buy tickets from one of the online touts (ticket agencies). Terrible practice.

no luck as yet mate, still trying,flight and train booked. everton have not yet sent tickets out, i would imagine when people have them in their hands some will find their way onto the market.got flights into bristol for 30 euros return,train £20 return.
