An aerial that enables you to watch TV in other rooms?

We have NTL cable and would like to be able to watch TV upstairs without getting a second TV point installed - its a rented house and don't want the hassle.

Is there such a device that shares the signal to the TV with other sets around the house? I have seen ads for aerials, but they seem only to be available for satellite systems.

Hi Paulone,
You're looking for a "video sender." Two small boxes - one attched by scart to your sky/ntl/tv output and the other attached by scart to a tv in another room. Probably available in all tv/electrical shops or try argos. I use one between skybox and second tv - only problem is both tv's get the same sky channel. Hope this helps

That 'feature' is not specific to that set-up, or SKY. The transmitter will send whatever is tuned on the device to which the transmitter is connected. If the channel is changed, the transmitted channel also changes.
