Does anyone know the address of the Irish Medical Board and are they effective, i.e., is it worth writing to them or a wast of time.

Haven't heard of the Irish Medical Board, but the address of the Medical Council is:

Speak to a pharmacist (or two) first and get their opinion, there may be a reason for it.
