Sorry, but the only "siemens 5010" I can find is not cordless - its a Euroset 5010 corded phone.

Is yours a Gigaset and is the model number correct?

Not a gigaset, model number is correct. These are from a few years back

I posted a link to the manual for that one but then realised it must be the wrong one as it isn't coreless.
