Channels Disappearing

Hi I Have a GRUNDIG Skydigibox which i got back in 2001.Any time i enter the frequecies for extra channels ie(BBC 3+4 ITV2,3,4) they appear Fine But when i press other channels after a day or 2 they are gone OFF the screen.So i have too start all over again entering the frequecies.Is there any solution too this problem.Thanks

Hi FIRE,

I have no idea how to help but i have a hotbird satellite receiver and over xmas some of the channels i used to get just disappeared on me. we got it in 2004.
we called the guy who installed it and he told us to check the transponder numbers on the internet for the channels we wanted and add them to the search.
we are by no means techies so needless to say it didn't work.
now he wants €65 to come out and fix it....
maybe some tech headed person out there can help us both ????

This is a problem with some digiboxes. Sometimes saving too many channels seemed to cause it so if you save fewer it might help.
