Is there such an online company where you can give them an overview of what you would like your business contract to state, for them to professionally put it together?

Thank you

Are these based on Irish law?

No, they are not.

For the most part, with commercial agreements, the origin doesn't really matter...if both parties agree, you can just take out the irrelevant sections and add a clause with wording such as:

Applicable Law

The laws of the Republic of Ireland will govern this Agreement. The Parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts

(I am not a solicitor, but have been involved in hundreds of commercial agreements.)

With international agreements the legal jurisdiction can sometimes become a sticking point. A bit more about it on [broken link removed]. I haven't yet found a website specifcally for contracts based on Irish law.

Anyway, here's another useful link...

So is jurisdiction the only issue where Irish commercial contract law or precendent differs significantly from other countries?
