Hi,

I'm self employed and have a limited company.
I submitted a P35 and paid my PAYE/PRSI
I have no other source of income
I have a pension.

I'm not clear whether I should file a Form 11 or Form 12? Revenue sent out a form 11 ...

I'm 90% certain I should fill a form 11
