Hey everyone. Long-time reader first time poster...

I am looking to complete the process of incorporating a new company. The CRO require the application for a new company to be signed/witnessed by a solicitor.

Presumably any solicitor can carry this out, can anyone recommend one that deals with this? And is there a fee charged for this, how much? Thanks

Any solicitor would be able to do it. You would be best advised to use one that you know. Generally the fee is around €10.

Only saw this post today, if you still want it done I'll do it for free (Cork City)

You can also use a peace commissioner to do this, many solicitors will either want to know you well or possibly charge you for the act..

And in the case of a Peace Commissioner they must also either know you or know another person present who attests that they know you.
