Calculating square footage help

I am calculating the cost of renting a small workshop which measures 200 square feet at €6.00 per square foot. According to my calculations it works out at €1,200 per month. Is there something I am forgetting in calculating this as it appears a tad expensive?

sounds about right, the math, that is. works out about €277 per week.

if its quoted at €6 per square foot did they say per month otherwise it could be per year depending on where you are located most agents quote per square foot per year

Ah, ok... Thats what I was thinking... We could have done a deal.. I would have rented you my spare bedroom for less that 1200 per month!
